BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations made by our users through our website ("Website") are governed by the conditions ("Conditions") described below. The booking of services ("Service") through 1 implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Conditions do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.

Please read these Conditions carefully before making a reservation on our Website. If you do not accept these Conditions, you will not be able to proceed with the booking.

1. Possibility of modification of these conditions and the commercial offer

C.P. APARTAMENTOS MASARU may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, modifications will in no case affect reservations already made by our users.

2. How can I book on the website?

The booking of our services by the user is carried out and completed by following the booking procedure described in this section. By booking our services, you accept that communications with C.P. APARTAMENTOS MASARU will be mainly conducted by electronic means.

To proceed with making a reservation on our website, you only need to follow these steps:

  1. To make a reservation, the user must first select the date, number of rooms, number of people, and discount coupon if available.
  2. Once the search is completed, the desired room is selected.
  3. The next step is to complete a form with the personal details of the user making the reservation, including credit card details.
  4. To finalize the reservation with C.P. APARTAMENTOS MASARU, you must accept the booking conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy, and our cookie policy.
  5. The reservation will be completed when the user receives the confirmation, which will detail the services booked. This confirmation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

3. Price of the services.

The price indicated at all times next to our services includes applicable taxes. In the event of a typographical error in any of the displayed prices

and if any user has made a purchase decision based on such error, we will inform them immediately and the user will have the right to cancel their reservation at no cost.

4. Payments

At the time of booking and for its confirmation, the user must provide their credit card details, which will serve as a guarantee for the reservation. Your reservation will be fully guaranteed upon receiving confirmation by email.

The amount of the reservation will not be charged to your credit card; payment is made directly at the hotel reception upon arrival.

In some situations, the customer may wish to make changes (e.g., name changes, dates), and any modification to the reservation must be communicated in writing to the Hotel or through the website, at least 48 hours before the arrival date at the hotel.

5. Cancellation

If you cancel or modify the reservation at least 48 hours before arrival, the establishment will not charge any fees.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not show up, the establishment will charge the first night’s stay.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend that you ensure you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.

7. Passports and Visa

All users, without exception (including children), must carry valid personal and family documentation, whether passport or ID, according to the laws of the country or countries being visited. Obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required for travel, shall be the responsibility of the users.

If any Authority refuses to grant visas due to particular reasons related to the user, or denies entry into the country due to failure to meet the required conditions, lack of the required documentation, defects in the documentation, or not carrying it, the accommodation provider declines all responsibility for such events, and any expenses incurred shall be borne by the consumer. In these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary cancellation of services shall apply. All users, especially non-EU citizens, are reminded to ensure, before starting their trip, that they comply with all applicable visa requirements in order to enter without problems into all the countries they intend to visit. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written authorization signed by their parents or guardians, in case it is requested by any authority.

11. Applicable law and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising from them or relating to their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.

The user waives their jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of S/C de Tenerife.
